FIT Bootcamp

Come join the challenge every Thursday at 7pm (Culver close) and Saturday 10am (victory field) Bradford on Avon.

Workouts are varying, fun, challenging and designed to make you feel stronger, fitter, healthier and better in who you are.

Sessions are 45 mins long and we show up whatever the weather.

Using the basis of owner Phil Walker’s inspiring background, For Inspirational Training delivers motivating and inspirational sessions. A highly positive and energetic individual, Phil is available for speaking at events or training days about an array of topics including, mindset, belief, focus, energy and the nervous system. He knows what it takes to build a fantastic mindset and how to feel empowered as a result of self growth and intensive movement.

Healthy Body

It is in the form of functional fitness, the ability to perform everyday tasks, such as carrying bags, walking up and downstairs.

Not only do we have muscle tissue that needs to engage in regular physical activity. Our minds also require stimulation to help with the treatment of or the prevention of mental health conditions and both the body and the mind work on the principle of use it or lose it.

The mind is the most powerful resource we have yet it is regularly not utilized effectively. Change your focus from in the moment to what you want in the future. Where focus goes, energy flows and this is so powerful in achieving your outcome.
